Do you want to finish your tops, yourself?  Learn how to use the walking foot for your machine or the IDT system on a Pfaff along with the various feet on the Pfaff to create beautiful designs while using the mechanical part of your machine, NOT free motion. This class will focus on spirals and some simple grid patterns using the stitches on your machine.

Learn how easy it is to use the stitches on your machine and the edge of a foot to guide your stitching while you create amazing designs.  This method is recommended for table runners, lap quilts, and larger quilts as you go projects whereby you don’t have to manipulate so much fabric under the head of the machine.  Leave the large quilts to your long armer and finish your smaller quilts with the pride of doing it yourself.

For the top of this quilt the student may choose one of two options:

1. Finish the top for the class “Now You See It, Now You Don’t which is approximately 27” x 27”

2.Bring a quilt top ready to quilt with (4) 11- or 12-inch blocks sashed with 1 ½ or 2” strips and borders any size up to 3 inches.  The blocks should have varying simple patterns to create different looks for the patterns to be quilted.
